many people believe the Kitarian City under Eden, known by the Kitarians as Center City, is the only Kitarian settlement, but this is far from the truth, the Kitarians have dispersed far and wide to 5 major cities around the globe, and to the east is Sub-City, the city made specifically for the Kitarians that are at home in the water. One of the many inhabitants of Sub-City is the bubbly and optimistic Wave. A sweet girl at heart who loves a good time and lives everyday as if it were her last. Wave is constantly looking for new adventures and thrills to counteract even the slightest amount of boredom. She's not much of a fighter unless forced, but battling underwater she is a force to be reckoned with, she can manage speeds underwater without effort that most speed-boats would have large amounts of trouble reaching at top speed. Her many tentacles are very strong and can blast jet-streams of water from the tips at very high pressure.
