Description
The idea of rebirth, or continuous regeneration of a world, was given to me by ~AmazeMe on The Awakening II-Crystal Tower . Thanks a lot for this idea, this reminded me of many good sci-fi books.
The Awakening III is my own vision of a self-regenerating world, but of course, like any graphic work, it can have a lot of other interpretations.
A widescreen version is available here .

Awesome piece, really. Looks like a blessed spider's web generated by sheer light and taking a weird shape, softened by the smooth rainbow tones. I'm adding this to favs May I ask you some more details about the transforms you used?

Wow, this is gorgeous, what kind of gradient did you use with this? I try to get that type of effect with all the gradients I have and I can not get that beautiful look!

The gradient has nothing special, actually the effects come from the flame (if I use the same gradient on another flame, it doesn't work at all).
I think one the biggest challenges with Apo is to make a flame and a gradient working hand in hand, this is a complicated subject and I managed to do this only on very rare occasions.
Thanks very much for your kind comment!
