You dive right in with the difficult stuff don'tcha, form, perspective, foreshortening... transformers in and of themselves are hard to do! That's kinda why I shy away from them, although I AM gonna do ShockWave from T3, he is just too cool not to... I might start with the original ShockWave though from the Cartoon, to I guess introduce myself to the drawing of Transformers.
Anyway this is quite good, a suggestion though, you should take this and use it like a template, take another sheet lay it on top, take a ruler and clean it up a bit and darken the lines. It'll make your coloring in Gimp a lot easier, cuz I'm sure you tried using the paint bucket as some point and it looked all screwy, the cleaner your sketch the easier it is, you want it to where you only have your dark lines against the white paper, little to no light grey or eraser marks... sry you may already know that I figured I'd say it anyway.
Good job again, and let me know before you color, I have a suggestion or two that will help quite a bit when it comes to tones and lighting.

Lines and angles are easy compared to full body figures to me right now, but I'll get better
Awesome! Thanks for the advice man! Any you give helps me out a lot! But could you elaborate a little more on the "template" thingy? I need a little more input on it...
And cool that you're going try ShockWave! I was gonna at first, but I decided to do Laserbeak instead.. Didn't take me long either, but the picture I had was a little too blurry to use, though I powered through it
The next one I might try is Arcee from TF Prime.. I hope too anyway!

Use this drawing as a guide, put another piece of paper on top, put both on a light board, window, or tv screen so you can transfer the picture make corrections and darken the lines
Arcee huh, I haven't watched Prime due to a lack of cable but I say draw what you want to draw, just draw it!
