A random number generator will be used to choose two random winners (1st time for the winner and 2nd for the runner-up) and that deviants will be given 80

Well, it is little long process to explain in comments.
However, I do it using Microsoft Excel. First you need to copy all the rows from the favorites (of your journal or deviation) and then remove the dates and put all the usernames together. Next you need to give them all a serial number. After that using a random number selector from a given range I take the number and see the corresponding name to the serial number and that's the winner.
