I believe so, because I wasn't logged in when I was on my page while I was using the coding and to my surprise, the yellow colours were not showing. The colours showed only after logging in

But the question is, will users that do not have the same font styles installed on their PC see the correct fonts you're using?

No. If you visit my page and do not have the Edwardian Script ITC font that I am using, my page is going to look all out of whack. I am thinking about linking the font on my page somewhere for this very reason. If you want to avoid this problem ,simply use more common but stylish fonts like Georgia.

What about changing link colors? I've noticed that this only changes the base text and links are left in the standard green grey color.

You can change the link colors as well...
