Brief bio:
Hamilton Hill was Gotham's mayor during the 90s. Originally, he didn't trusted Batman and his methods, but after he helped him on several occasions (including the saving his son Jordan from the Joker), he changed his mind. Batman later also saved him from such villains as H.A.R.D.A.C., Scarecrow, Penguin and Lock-Up. Decades later, Hamilton Hill High School was named into his honor.
Note: In the original DC Comics, Hill usually portrayed as the villain, unlike in the series where he is one of the good guys.
