i could never figure out a solid design for the icewings. i think i finally got it, but i might never know. my designs for things are constantly changing.
i've always imagined the icewings as having slightly transparent horns. idk what it is.
i like to think that icewing horns are some of the most colorful things on their bodies. icewings don't come in many other colors besides white and gray, and maybe slightly blue on rare occasions. so having vibrant or even multi-colored horns is a very desirable trait amongst icewings. they also really go all out on makeup and other decorations because their uniform color schemes can make them difficult to tell apart, so they really sell themselves on uniqueness and beauty. the color variations that can be found in other tribes (rainwings especially) are truly astounding to them. they love decorating themselves with facepaints and piercings.
