Okay. I first got the idea when I saw wobbuffet's pokedex entry that says his tail hides a secret, and so I made a secret evolution for him.

So a fake equilibrium legendary of mine inprisoned another legendary, one based on echidna (the greek monster, not the australian monotreme). These guys became the guardians of the tomb. Their crowns are the key to the tomb. Yah, weird story, but I like it.

He's based on a king, so I gave him arms like regal robes and a crown. His chest is both a shied (couter) and a mirror (mirror coat)
