Description
edit - Alternate version: Don't judge a movie by its book as requested by =Aquarior .edit - Changed the font.
I read that sentence into a Reader's Digest and I thought it would make a nice stamp.
Then I discovered that somebody had already done a similar stamp here , but I decided to submit this one anyway.

I know right. Because in the book, Katniss bought the pin. Oh yeah. And Madge doesn't exist. Right. And Peeta got better in like two days. Yep.

I know right? A lot of people assume that because the characters look a certain way in the movie means they MUST look that way. I like to draw characters how I imagine them. Deal with it.
Not to mention when a book is good and a movie sucks. I haven't had that yet, but I probably will eventually.

Especially Voyage of the Dawn Treader. The movie plot makes no sense. No sense at all. The only thing in common the book and the movie had is the title and the characters. No.. Wait...

Amen!
And it's always fascinating how it goes both ways. You usually just hear about people saying that the book is so much better than the movie, but I know many cases where I think the movie is WAY better than the book, like The lovely bones, Let the right one in, Lolita (1997) and Pride and Prejudice (2005).
I'm usually not to bothered when there are changes in a movie adaptation, they are different mediums after all. But then there are movies like Queen of the damned that really just makes me want to murder someone out of cheer hatred XD

But I would hate it if the book wasn't good but the movie was great...

I read The Dark Is Rising LONG after I saw the (horrible) movie based on it called The Seeker. I really enjoyed the book. The MOVIE, however, can frankly be tossed in the garbage for rats to use as a toilet.

The film had good special effects but the Eragon's actor wasn't what I imagined him to be like in the book.
