This Swirled Abstract must speak levels of praise to my love for the Pikmin franchise. Of all the Nintendo franchises, Pikmin was the first to be featured in a Swirled Abstract. An interesting quality of my Swirled Abstracts is the limitation of the art style: you can't blend colors. A line will only be one color and the palette is chosen by the Prismacolor colored pencils that I have available at any moment. For example, the gold Prismacolor did not blend well with the other yellows and golds, ebbing into the stones in the background. However, that's why it's a Swirled "Abstract." Sometimes details are lost or accentuated in the process.
