Born and raised at Dracmount city until Misha was around ten. It was at that age that her father suffered a fatal accident while out training, forcing her mother to move out of her father's home town, and out of the region, where her mother could find some stability and a bit of a safety net while raising her young daughter near her own family. The rest of her formative years were spent in Rustboro City, in the Hoenn region, loved and nurtured by both mother and grandparents, as well as extended family. Despite this, however, when she reached the normalized age for pokemon training for the region... she was not allowed to leave the house and embark in an adventure, her frightened mother insisting she was much too young for such things.

Her laid back personality allowed Misha to shrug off her apparent dream to venture out into the wilderness; her mother's frame of mind being much more important at the time, and thus, she settled into her studies, proving to be have quite the intellect, even if she's usually a touch too... laid back or lazy to let it shine. By the time the strange, abnormal pokemon sighting in Issho reached Misha's ears, it had become clear that to her that her heart was not so much in the books she'd devoured most of her youth and young adulthood, but out there, in discovery and understanding. As such, her mother finally let her go, allowing Misha to fly the nest on her own, with strict orders to call back and to make sure she ate every single day, yo hear me young lady??

Misha thus, moved back to the Issho region, intent on starting her own pokemon journey, even if she had some legwork to do in order to catch up to her younger peers. She seems to be in no hurry, and for the most part seems to be taking things one step at a time, happy to simply allow events to carry her along. Only time will tell if this is a good approach or... not.
