This is Butch Tuffman. As Wanda's main antagonist, he thrives to cause misery among Wanda and her friends with his group known as the TUFF Boys(Other name ideas include BIGG Boys and Good Ol Boys). Butch isn't alone as he will have allies to help him in his goals.

All in all, Butch plans on causing grief to Wanda. But she will always try to one-up him.
