Personality:
Stoical, cynical and jaded; is not averse to commit morally questionable actions.

Backstory:
Born into a poor immigrant family, in the middle of the worst part of town, Seth turned to the local mob to survive. Showing pretty impressive skills (he didn't die. Go figure), he soon rose to the top of the Salvatore family's assassins.
Together with his two best friends Kenny and Franky he left the ranks of the common thugs and worked more or less on a freelance basis for the family (this basically means they would only get well paying contracts and could even refuse to take on missions).
Being an Assassin he was taught this world's equivalent of Aikido.
On top of that he is considered somewhat of a local legend, for no one else survived to be eaten by Nekos as often as he did (most struggled to get past zero).

([In his own words] "Nekos are vain creatures." He says, "Give them enough of a challenge and they will just swallow you without chewing. I guess it's supposed to be humiliating. You can then proceed to cut your way out of them. They tend to throw you up just after a few slashes… They'll pass out from the pain and you'll end up in a puddle of blood and stomach acid. Most of them even survive, they are hardy like that. But then again, it's the best opportunity you could hope for if you want to gouge out their eyes."

He became a lot more jaded after a particular mission went awry (a Catgirl brutally murdered Kenny and Franky right before his very eyes.).
Contrary to popular opinion this incident didn't turn him into an alcoholic. He already was one before the mission. It caused quite the opposite, in fact; his attitude towards alcohol normalized afterwards. At least more or less.

A word about the world he has inhabited so far:
Unlike most other worlds, Humans are of the same size as Nekos. Only the Neera(s) are Micros.
The Rodent people are forced to live in a parallel society; living in the sewers beneath the cities, some brave ones dwell in the walls and basements of Macro houses. They have no rights in Macro society, being seen as pests by Humans and food by Nekos.
Neera technology lags several decades behind; they don't possess any form of central government, the cops are corrupt and their cities are run by the organized crime.
(Not quite as light-hearted as the stuff I drew so far. But it sheds some light on the character.)

Special Abilities: Uncanny ability to survive.

Weapons:
Collapsible-Electric Baton (pretty much like a collapsible cattle prod. Only more sophisticated), M1911, Combat Knife (to cut himself out of sticky situations)
[Or are only medieval weapons allowed? If so, then I guess a small crossbow, a dagger and/or tonfas will do.]

Class:
Guerrilla

About his allegiance: I suppose Jyp would be his most likely choice. He has no love for either Humans or Nekos; for obvious reasons. Even though he is now supposedly the same size as a Human (but still a Micro for a Neko) he'd rather not deal with them. Much less a group that consists of nothing but Humans and Nekos.
His loyalty is negotiable, though. (That is unless he starts to feel protective over Syren. Yes, even a cold blooded killer like him has a soft spot for the kiddies.)
