A flashback many years ago when Naomi and Adam Ackermann were still newlyweds where they enjoyed the cool fall weather when they visited Madison Square Garden during one of Naomi's TILT training visits. This night may have been the night where Naomi would conceive Sasha in her womb but that's not certain.
