This is the cover image (without lettering) for Van Plexico's Sentinels book 8 - "The Dark Crusade".It's an homage/partial recreation of Avengers (a primary inspiration for the Sentinels series) #95 cover by John Buscema, with a 'corner box' figure of Pulsar based on Ms. Marvel #1.
