Description
Outside the park, Alexandra Avenue, Athens, in the day that snowed. It had stopped snowing by then, but the air took the snow off the trees and it created a beautiful atmosphere and effect. I tried really hard to protect my camera from all the snow (mostly unsuccessfully
).After these photos, I walked to work since there were no buses or anything..!

Yeah, I think it's because of the foggy mood and the fact that there's no life at sight, like a ghost town...
But that doesn't mean it's not calm and relaxing too.

Και εδώ μιλάμε για το παράδειγμα αφοσιωμένου στη δουλειά ανθρώπου. Ενώ οι περισσότεροι δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να δωσουν μια δικαιολογία που δεν πήγαν στην δουλειά, η δεσποινίς όχι μόνο δεν έκατσε σπίτι, αλλά πήγε, απουσία ταξί και λεωφορείου!!!!!!!!! Συγχαρητήρια!

i'd suggest playing with the contrast a little bit. Just to make it a little more dramatic and bring out the shadows.
Winter weather here in Michigan is really harsh too, i used a plastic bag over my cameara and put the filter over the ouside to secure the bag to it. Helps keep it weather proof and water proof some what.

I tried to do so, but when I selected a higher contrast, all those snowflakes floating in the air just disappeared, so I had to choose between no snowflakes or lower contrast, and I chose this one!

no there's a hole in it. the filter goes over the hole to seal it mostly it's to protect the camera and for me it works.

Just my luck to get snow like that in Greece when I've moved to the UK. All we got here was one day of snow that didn't settle in all the Winter. And that means a horrible summer too :S
This pic is so unlike Athens, reminds me of more Northern regions. Wish I'd been there.

Beautiful, I love the light and the snow on the trees, and I do miss the snow, we didn't get any this year. Usually this time of year we have people going skiing and ice skating, but now spring is in full swing and it felt almost like summer.
