Lovely shading! It seems a little out of balance, though, in a way that it looks like you spent a lot more time and effort on the girl (especially her skin) than you did on the monster. Great job, though, especially on the lighting on the girl's skin (the flip side is that the time and effort you put into the girl is really obvious!)

I love the red in her shading and light. It's not the most realistic, but it brings the whole colour composition together conceptually.
It really rests well with the eye. Good one!
