This is great 
Crit time!^^ At first glance, it kinda looked like the parrot had scales instead of feathers (Mostly on the body), you could make them look more feather-ish by putting a light shadow of *lightly pressed* black or a darker shade of the colour of the feather the shadow is on, on the start of each new feather. You could put the little vein looking things on but that would take forever so I wouldn't do that unless you wanted it to be completely photo-realistic.
