Scootaloo thought it would be a good idea to learn the basics to learn to fly, but I think is realizing that it was not what she expected. RD course will help in practice but only after the lessons of Twilight.2 hours later ...
I think it took longer than expected.
I had a forgotten sketch and decided to color and vectorizing, and this is the result.
Hope you like it.
If you need some explanations of why Scoots has her wings in that way, well, that's cause she is trying to understand the things Twilight is teaching to her (and, of course, it's not working lol)
The other thing that make this pic nothing serious is, of course, Twilight teaching everything she knows about flying (From books).
Don't take this too seriously hehehe.

Twilight: Now that are you awake Dash, would you care to explain to Scootaloo what I just said?
Rainbow Dash: Me? About what?
Twilight: What I wrote down on this board!
Rainbow Dash: *looks at the board* No way. That's for eggheads like you Twi. *Twilight was glare at her* I didn't need to learn that to fly like I do now.
Twilight: What? You've gone to school for a reason, no?
Rainbow Dash: Yeah. But flying is natural for us pegasi. You should know by now since you now have wings.
Twilight: Well, I guess...
Rainbow Dash: Hey! I know that Scoots has a hard time to fly. But it's not your gibberish that will help her.
Scootaloo: Actually Rainbow Dash, I...
Rainbow Dash: A moment, Scoots... We will make her practice until she can. Good old hard work will do..
Scootaloo: P-practice....?
Twilight: Practice? Is that the only thing you have in mind?
Rainbow Dash: Yeah! That's why I've been doing for years! And look at the results! I became the fastest pegasus in all Equestria! I can make a sonic rainboom! So, she can be too..
Scotaloo: R-really?
Twilight: Wait a minute, Dash.
Rainbow Dash: What?
Twilight: Scootaloo is a different case.
Scootaloo: What do you mean?
Rainbow Dash: Yeah?
Twilight: *sigh* What if she just couldn't fly....
Rainbow Dash: Huh? Don't say that Twilight...
Scootaloo: W-What do you mean Twilight? That I couldn't fly?
Twilight: It is just a supposition. That's why I was trying to help you by giving you some basic lessons on aerodynamics. Maybe it's just a technical problem. That's all.
Scootaloo: What do you think Rainbow Dash?
Rainbow Dash: Uh... Ummmm...... uh.... I've no idea, squirt. If this boring stuff could help you to finally fly... Then... let's try it. It couldn't hurt...
Twilight: *smiling* Glad to hear....
Rainbow Dash:.... just boring me and putting me into sleep again...
Twilight was glaring at Rainbow Dash.
Twilight: ... that you finally understang why I'm doing this...
Rainbow Dash: Seriously, Twi. I'm glad you help Scoots.
Scootaloo: Yeah. Thanks Twilight.

But, I realized I made grammar mistakes there and there and some missing words since I improvized and I rushed it when I wrote this down. Also, after I learned about Scootaloo in the next season, I knew I had to be careful when writing it.

Really nice... but what's up with the E=MC^2 part? Relativity doesn't come into effect until they reach stupid fast speeds (like instantly burn up in the atmosphere kind of fast). Might I suggest you look at these pages for examples of possible relevant equations:Β

i was thinking the same thing...
If you talk about the fundamental laws of physics, of course E=mcΒ² has to do with everything, but in non-relativistic practical applications noone uses that equation.

I read the fiction "Light the sky on fire" just a few hours ago and one of the first Drawfriend pics i see is this? That is really way beyond coincidence. This picture matches the story to a T (Twi and Dash teaching Scoots about flying, Twi doing all the science and learning, Dash the instinctual and maintenance.

...That *is* a heck of a coincidence that you drew *this* picture only a couple of days after I posted "Light the Sky on Fire", though!
