Michael: Hey Lorena.

Lorena:

Michael: I'm giving you one of the last flowers now summer is ending.

Lorena: *with a soft and cute tone* Aww Michael, it's so cute of you!

Michael: Hehehe, did you like it?

Lorena: *hugs him* I love it Michael!!!

Michael:

Yes, I continue with the autumn theme. And this time, with a cute and sweet comic, as I like to do.

Lorena and Michael are in the forest, and there, he gave her one of the last flower sprouts he could find, as summer has already ended. Lorena, as you know, loved the gesture; and with all her love, hugged her brother, just to show him how much she loves him.    Michael seems initially surprised, but deep inside he loved that cute gesture, and returns the gesture hugging his sweet little sister too.    But that's in the second part of this cute story.

You don't have idea how much fun I had doing this cute little drawing. You just don't know how much I LVE drawing my characters hugging, cuddling, kissing, and resting on each other. I LVE how cute Lorena is with her big brother, she's not ashamed of shouting aloud she loves him. Her love is genuine, and never leaves her brother alone, she's always with him!

Moving on to how I made this comic, I love how it resulted. It seems clear, neat, with a nice background and, of course, my characters cutely designed as always.  I decided to draw Lorena without her eyelashes this time, just to see how she looks without them.

However, believe it or not, there was an error in this drawing. I was originally intended to leave just a monochrome background to the comic, as I used to do just some months ago. But, soon I observed that didn't fit with the drawing. It looked like they were indoors. That wasn't possible! In this story they are in the forest, outside!   Yes I felt some like that. The solution was: drawing the trees over the already colored panel, and color them as I use to do. That was a last hour change! But worthed it, and resulted in the well-designed background you're seeing right now, and in a new normative in my drawings: the simple, single-color backgrounds can be possible only if my characters are indoors (inside home, for example). If they are outdoors, like in this story, it is necessary to draw the background, to show where my characters are. You will see better drawings under that normative. As always, I'm improving, and trying to be the best. I promise my next drawings will be much better.

I messed in other things too, like with Michael's eyes in the second panel, but that's a slip of my part while I was delineating the sketch with the pen, and now I can't change that, it will stay such.

So, that is all the story behind this drawing. As always, I invite you to interact with me.
