Pascal Pastel is a little mole who works in Crayon Cave, not too far from Crafty's castle. Here, he is mining the valuable drawing materials which he sells in his online store. Crafty is one of his new costumers, who Pascal is more than happy to get rid of his mon...I mean provide with only the best materials there is. For some reason, he really likes chewing on crayons while working. Unfortunately that means he always delivers 2 or 3 crayons less than however many was ordered. He has an entire library of fake excuses to make in case people ask about it. Somehow he always manages to talk his way out of it.
