Okay maybe Peach is just pretending to be in love with Bowser and she's just doing it so the mushroom kingdom can find their week spot and finally finish bowser once and for all

One night the toads that power the airship sneak out and kidnap Bowser and the Koopalings

Bowser Jr. wakes up with his whole family gone and it's up to Jr. To rescue his family 

Hmmmm this is more like the whole story than the villain xD
