Yes that's me with my new haircut and dye. And yes that is a crow on my shoulder. That's Nova, a baby crow I found and have permission to look after. He's doing really well under my watch, and is now just starting to fly. Starting to get very vocal too. You'd be surprised when you hear a crow right in your ear, they don't just caw, they're very gentle with their voices.
