I've had a huge stump with art as of recently, like a whole major art block and I recently got out of it.For some reason I feel like my art improved a little at the fact that this is almost painted/cellshade which I am horrified of doing.
I wanted to get warm up before I start working on commission again and since my muse lately has been Leonor (aka my D&D character) I decided to draw a sad/happy picture.
Sad: Well the sad part behind this is that Leonor was constantly cutting her hair because of her husband always complaining about it being so long.
Happy: Because Avery, her son, would hold on to her hair to sleep properly and it was the only way to get him to sleep soundly. So Leonor decided to leave her hair long and deal with the complaining of her husband so that her kid could sleep properly. Baby habits!
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The process was long and there are still things I would like to improve on but I'm happy with it as is <3
