Here is my newest attempt at the intricate WinAmp skin. I've attacked this one from all angles too. This WinAmp skin goes with my NextStart skin of the same name, quite nicely I may add. Hopefully it will match other desktop motifs...Related content

Looks nice. The copper gradients work quite well. And you got those transparent corners working
That said, let me tell you maybe it's time to start a new design from scratch. I'm sure you learned a lot while evolving the original skin to this state, but now I'm sure you have the knowledge to start something more solid from the drawing board. Try to design everything before you run photoshop (or whatever you use). The process should be: design (layout, controls, style), implement (get the ideas working), and retouch (get rid of the things that don't work). Ok, maybe you already know this, so I shoudn't tell you
