A WARLOCK'S SUNDAY SERMON

Some people call me a FAKE Christian, because I don't believe in a bunch of cartoony ass sh*t, that was written to be taken as metaphors in the first place.

Because I don't believe heaven is a place where the ground is made of clouds, or that God is an old man, with a big ol' white beard.

As a Warlock, it's always been my goal to look for truth in nature and REALITY, even if I don't like the answers.

God is REAL, as the creator to all things living and not.

The mysterious force that authors time and reality, the cosmos, the micro-verse, and those unseen states beyond.

God is beyond our race, genders, and all those pathetic things that make us small.

Yet, God is our father, in the SAME sense that he created us, and as a good earthly father would care for his wife and children.

Though he doesn't speak to us literally in this world, he does something better, giving us guidance from the Holy Spirit, that we may know the difference between WRONG and RIGHT.

And that through empathy and common sense, and through prayer, we can determine what is from God, and what is NOT!

I believe heaven is another state of our being when our bodies die, and our consciousness exists elsewhere.

I believe life is a test for all living things, that through evolution of mind, body, and spirit, and through the natural selection of not only our bodies, but minds, and spirits, we will continue to evolve into more complex and mature beings.

That one day, we can become what God has destined for us. Simply something MORE...

And this by the will of God, but not as some mythical deity, but as the embodiment of nature and REALITY.

Meaning the designer of all things, and as the master of mysteries: those concepts to which we can not comprehend.

No religion can ever encompass the realization of God, for God makes himself known to each of us, as he sees fit.

There is no exclusive club you can join that will make you a child of salvation.

No member's card that gaurantees your life will continue to exist.

Because God is NOT Religion, not the petty rules and mandates of MEN, to which many "believers", kill each other over.

But he is instead, the very fuel that powers our spirits and our lives.

As talented and intelligent that we've become, we STILL cannot create life from scratch, despite knowing where and how it probably started, this because we can't recreate God's "Spark of Life".

And although they say that God, as nature and the universe, does NOT love us, here we are fully capable to do just that, taught by the very reality that cradles us!

You may not be able to teach an infant algebra, but you love and guide him throughout life all the same.

Teaching him, as he grows evermore mature.

We are like infants, only in our first stage of development, to which this life, from our birth to our deaths, allows, as God has granted.

In this life, we are only the larva, the tadpole, the mere cocoon, awaiting to become what GOD, as the great manifestation of time, matter, energy, and King of Reality, has paved for us, on our mysterious road to becoming something MORE...
