Having been brought back to life and dastardly ambushed and absorbed Piccolo, Cell has become Cell Orange but upon easily transcending that, he goes from being Cell Orange to that of, Amber Cell. Making his own unique form and style of power that's all his own and not just that of another Z Fighter.
