Free commission requested by Yoshi-kage-kira

As the title of the illustration says, this is my attempt at drawing a character requested by the above Deviant.

I do not own in any way the original character.

It took around 8h00 to fully complete,I accepted the free commission because it would force me out of my comfort zone a bit (and recently I haven't been drawing female characters a lot). While drawing, I aimed to keep a more masculine face as the original illustration did depict a character who also had a more manly appearance, in my opinion.

It was a bit of a challenge to recreate the chest piece due to its complexity, I had some fun drawing large baggy pants as I never had the opportunity to draw them until now. The main thing I'd change if I tried again this illustration would be the pant texture (the white border looks too thin to separate the black from the purple)

As a reference aside from the original picture, I used the usual DesignDoll software, the pose probably has some stiffness somewhere but I did my best.

I still feel like 8 hours is too much for a simple character drawing without a background, but I know that what took the most time was the colouring (shadows and lightning) as the lineart took around 2 to 3 hours (I did not spend too much time on the face for once).
