Description
Beatrice Martel was a Quebecer whos family moved from Montreal to Marine City to start a bakery and sell their goods to the Nova Scotian citizens, her spent the rest of her childhood and teenhood living a new life on the east coast. Beatrice was an out going person who loved to socialize with her friends while also helping her family at the bakery, she would grow to become a student at St Matthews University along side Samuel and did courses in sciences and physics, until her world changed during the Violet Hour. Beatrice found a shard and was exposed to the strange violet energy, resulting in her manifesting the power to control gravity at a very strong scale, she could not control it and began cutting herself off from everyone out of fear of hurting others. But her paths soon crossed with Samuel and the Wonder who helped her to control her powers and face her fears, resulting in her using her powers to help save hundreds of people. Inspired by her hero and new friends Beatrice began to dawn a costume and use her strong powers to help people, becoming the Wonder's ally and a protector of the city she is Gravity, the Emerald Guardian.
