Way back in June 2008, I did this for local funk rock band The Effects of P.C. (their drummer was in the same year as me at school) as a potential cover design for an E.P. they were planning to release. Although the E.P. was never released, it managed to get featured on their Myspace page and it was jolly nice of them to mention me in their biography.
