So far, his name is Cyber-Man. It is the closest thing I have to relating to computers and technology. So as you can see here, this is a mashup of DC's Cyborg and Marvel's Iron Man. His name is Andre Stone. He is a billionaire who is the founder of Stone Enterprises. After a freak accident, Andre used a life support armor he designed to save his life. Now being permanently merged with his technology, he became a cyborg. In fear of being a freak, he went into hiding. However, some who were close supported him. When terrorists threatened lives, he went and saved their lives, and became a hero. He used the name Cyber-Man. He upgraded his armor constantly which is now the smartest computer in the universe and filled with many hidden gadgets and firearms. Cyber-Man eventually made a few enemies such as Android, Terminator and his archenemy Professor Klaw. He eventually became a founding member of Watchdog's team of superheroes.
