The amount of 420 is random, but I'm pretty sure they (the Epic Mickey developers) used the synopis of the rejected pilot episode of Oswald's shorts for the idea.
It was supossed to be called "poor Pappa" where Oswald tries to stop the stork from delivering so many babies.
I think Walt Disney used part of that same idea in the black and white Mickey Mouse short: Mickey's nightmare. So by toon logic, they could have arrived via stork. Or at least a bunch of them?

Just love how you've drawn the interaction between them. It's so cute and new, like they've just fallen in love or something close to that.
Must have been one heck of a kiss. Judging from his animated shorts, he was never that shy around the ladies.
Amazingly cute and well done little comic dear. Even with just three panels, the scene plays out really strongly because of the interaction of the characters. Love the expressions as well and the minimal background, which brings out the scene so nicely.
This really has been the hightlight of my day.
