No Gods, Silver Eyes, and Relics: this is basically to get rid of the deus ex machina and to make this version of RWBY's plot less linear

Salem is not Immortal and Ozpin doesn't reincarnate: the former is to make Salem appear not impossible to defeat, the latter is simply because I feel weird about Ozpin being in Oscar's body

The deal with Racism: I don't think RWBY is a show that can handle the topic of racism, so we probably need to get rid of it and make faunus and humans treat each other equal in some way.

A unified explantion for these four elements: RWBY is meant to be a sci-fi fantasy and so I decided to create an explanation that almost agrees with the genre

Some characters will be alive for plot relevance: RT just kills off too many characters especially side characters, so they're going to be more fleshed out here in this version
