The 3rd of the Orre Elite Four but the first that David and Claire meet. An old friend of David's, as well as the Champion's, Justy was the former leader of the Pre Gym in Phenac City before handing the baton to Kristina when he was promoted to Elite Four member.Justy specializes in Pokemon of the Ground type, with the exception of Cacturne.
