Kefla wanted Gogeta and Vegito to teach her how to go Super Saiyan Blue. They both thought she wasn't ready for it but didn't see any reasons not to teach her.

First you relax and focus your energy into a BIG BANG ATTACK followed by pulling a GALICK GUN and then putting into a SPIRIT SWORD. Next, you Power up again with the KAIOKEN,(Warning: it might put a strain on your body of you power it up to much or go beyond Kaioken X 20) and then you fire it off with a Final Flash. Last but not least you finish it with one big combination of FINAL KAMEHAMEHA and a BIG BANG KAMEHAMEHA X 100 and maybe even SPIRIT BOMB for good measure too.

Once you focus your energy into all of that you'll get a tingly feeling in your back and you'll get a GIANT BURST and then you'll finally achieve Super Saiyan Blue.
