Light Sayu Phase 3! Hardest version to draw in my opinion and I will never draw this version . There's like 3 variants with this version, mainly with her scales, eyes and mouth but I decided to post this version instead. If you are curious I could post them in my community tab but I probably too lazy to layer, fix, change etc. I could do a dark version but thats for later.

Was going to do a background but considering how tedious phase 3 sayu was (for me at least) here it is, in png form.
