A Jihad-era creation of the Word of Blake, the Beskud is a stealth mech designed for strike, guerrilla operations and raiding. Weighing fifty-five tons, the mech has a top speed of 119 km/h (142 km/h with MASC engaged). Wrapped in Stealth Armour, the mech was armed with a Plasma Cannon and two Medium Pulse Lasers.

Created late in the Jihad, only relatively few Beskuds were built and deployed. The accelerated design process resulted in a maintenance-heavy mech, as well as parts shortages. Most of those built would be destroyed in the fall of the Protectorate and the Liberation of Terra (as was the sole factory), while the survivors were largely scrapped.
