Description
The Hunter VTOL Attack Jet, an original aircraft design I drew in the mid-late 90s. Compared to some of the others from this collection, the art is in pretty decent shape.

This aircraft was designed for ground attack and anti-mecha operations. Heavily armoured and rugged, it was built for maneuverability and ruggedness rather than speed. VTOL capabilities were provided by lift engines in the body (the panels on the back); armament consisted of a centerline heavy autocannon and six underwing hardpoints. The dome on the back may be some sort of anti-missile laser weapon.

The Hunter sports the same insignia as found on the Hammerhead and Cyborg Interface sketches (and may be the same as the one on the Battleaxe ), suggesting they are from the same group/nation/faction
