Oh look, more proof that I can't draw the human body. What a surprise that is.

Some woman wearing a uniform of some sort and definitely not following regulations in doing such. I have no idea who she is or where she's from, but the insignia on her neck and sleeve seems to be the same as the ones found on Sandra Blackmore Flightsuit Ver and Post Apocalyptic Girl . I'd then wager they're from the same setting.

Or they could all be Batman fans. Never rule out Batman.
