Another original character, possibly the same one as the Cyborg Interface Girl posted before. Possibly. It's hard to tell, especially as I have no idea who they are or where they're from. Judging by my very crappy art style, I'd say this pic dates from c2000-2001.

Actually, I have no idea if she's even post-apocalyptic. I just used it as a random tag.

The original is, of once again, long lost. Found the original in a huge art pile, re-scanned to look a bit less crappy. Still no idea who they are though.
