This design was intended to be a specialised stealth/sniper mecha. The armour is curved and made of sensor-baffling material, while its systems are tuned for low emissions. It is armed with a long-ranged sniper rifle (possibly a railgun), and equipped with a dedicated targeting sensor on the chest.

I have no idea what the device on the left forearm is. Your guess is as good as mine.
