Personality: Garou is wise and instructive. He is fatherly and caring who loves everyone close to him. That's why Adam is like his own son to him that he takes care of. Garou can also be impatient and can't bear to stay still. Garou is not a example general because he doesn't like commanding others and has no leadership skills. But he is treated as a general because he is a brave, strong and inspiring warrior. Although he is kind and affectionate, he can be scary and merciless if he perceives someone as his enemy. Garou is easily moved to tears whenever Adam calls him father, but tries to cover it up (at least "try").

History: Garou was born Zou. 30 years ago he was a member of the Inuarashi Musketeer Squad, but left because he wanted to leave the country with his beloved Gloria to see the world. During their journey, they got married and had a son, Toledo. While on patrol, Garou found a drifting Adam and helped him ashore. When Adam told that he no longer had parents and was all alone without a home, Garou decided to adopt him and raise him like his own child. And partly because Adam resembles Toledo a little. 20 years later Straw Hats came along, and befriended with Garou and Adam. Thanks to the government's information, Boll found Adam and decided to Asyland the kingdom. Although Massacres was superior, then the Straw Hats and other Adyland's strongest warriors managed to defeat Massacres Top Officers, Adam defeat D-Eath and with Gear 5, Luffy defeated Boll.
