Personality: Ragash is a real wild man who behaves like an animal. He’s uncivilized, rude, sociopath and speaks in the third-person. Due to his jungle upbringing, Ragash is illiterate and cannot write let alone count. This had also made him a brutal fighter and hunter. Ragash believes that only the strong survive, so he only fights against the stronger. He thinks, Mink are the strongest race in the world because they are born with strength and fighting skills. Because of this, he started Mink hunting because he believes that if he kills Minks, he will become the strongest in the world. Ragash is also a racist in his personality, as he despises all other races that are weak to him, especially Fish-Men. Ragash despises the Fish-Men because he considers them a "race of slaves" who never dared to rise up against their enslavers. Like many other One Piece characters, he has his own unique laugh , which is ”Krah Krah Krah Krah Kraaahh”.

History: Ragash grew up in a jungle somewhere in the New World. In order to survive, he fought numerous wild animals and managed to become the king of the jungle. However, this was not enough for Ragash as he wanted to be the strongest being in the world. So he went looking for strong creatures to challenge. At the age of 20, he found some Minks whom he challenged to a fight to the death. After losing to them, he realized that Mink was the most powerful race that he had to flower in order to become a powerful being in the world. This started his savage Mink hunting and slaughtering and had killed more than 100 Mink that he found, he even killed Garou's wife and child and tried to kill him too. Boll heard about Ragash and decided to seek him out in order to recruit him. At first Ragash didn't want to join but when Boll showed him how strong he was Ragsh felt he had no choice but to join his mercenary league. Boll and Massacres attacked as Solana, Killing all who stood in their way. Leo and his most loyal Warriors protected Rosana and Adam from escaping. When Boll found out that Adam was still alive, he began an eternal manhunt to track down, find and kill Rocks D. Adam. Thanks to the government's information, Boll found Adam and decided to Asyland the kingdom. Although Ragash was victorious, Garou and Jinbei managed to defeat him.
