This pokemon if you decide to keep Torracat when breeding you can breed Torracats in the clutch instead of Litten. You can add what ever markings you want on this pokemon but you must keep the stripes on the ribbons. You can use any of these colors as you see fit.

Add Type: Flying
Items: Can have any type of shirt, hoodie, they must have at least one of the bells. They can have other type of bells. You may add other details on the clothing.
