Simply amazing. Never seen a colored dragon by you before and it does not disappoint. The only thing that looks slightly odd to me is the stomach-groin area. It seems to kind of flow together. I expected somewhat more of a distinction at the groin that hints slightly at gender, of course without being obscene. It currently looks like it has an extra long stomach at a quick glance.

I like how you've attached the fore limbs and wings. That makes more sense than the normal jointing.
