CHARACTER: It's everyone's favorite medical officer.ART PROCESS: I used Begctor's Ratchet redesign, but it was just so good. I only made a few minuscule changes, but overall, it mainly remained the same.
ART BACKSTORY: Ratchet is the fourteenth to receive an Ultimex-10 redesign.
