One of the creatures I've been asked to sketch, created by our group's friendly (yet perverted) DM :

Moakha
Humanoid race
They stand around 7 feet in height; they look completely human except for one fact. They have three pairs of arms. They look very well built and fight with daggers or by punching or slamming their opponents. They do not fight alone, but the last one in a group will fight more fiercely if they realize they are outnumbered. They tend to have long hair and cannot grow facial hair. The females also fight just like the men.
