Another oldie but goodie oc! Created in 2014, Ethan has finally been given a name, some lore, and a brand spanking new ref sheet! :}

"A warm blood in his early to mid 20's, Ethan is a college student in computer engineering.

Since birth, his face's been structured as if he was angry 24/7, and with his monotone voice and heavy expression, while having been seen as an endearing feature by his family and friends, it's been dragging him through the mud when it's come to attempting to initiate relations outside of those he's already had.
His attempts to look "friendlier" have only fallen flat, coming off as insincere or just plain strange. This has been a grave reason for insecurity in Ethan's life, as it's ran him into plenty of unintentional trouble, with strangers accusing him of looking at them weird, for example, as well as bullying in school, making him feel very difficult to approach.

Under the gloomy appearance however is a very passive, quiet and self-reserved, kind young man, who has only ever been friendly to those who dare to actually approach and get to know him.

He is best friends with the fluffy and pink Marshall, an alicorn in fashion design, who came to his aid in a bullying instance, and was curious enough to stay and get to know him.

Ethan is a hopeless romantic, and easily "crushes" on people... or well, anybody other than his best friend. He's learned to see Marshall as more of a brother from another mother.
His relationship with Marshall is not affected by him knowing Marshall has had a crush on him. They hang out regularly and Marshall is excitedly trying to hook Ethan up with people he's interested in.

While appreciative of Marshall's enthusiasm, Ethan's secret is however, that his "crushes" are often only skin deep. It takes a long time knowing each other and a deeper connection for him to actually develop romantic feelings towards someone. Ethan does go along with Marshall's date set-ups, those however often ending up with him either hooking up, and/or staying just friends with the other person.

Ethan enjoys hanging out in coffee shops when doing school work on his laptop, and is sometimes accompanied by Marshall. He's also a heck of a home-cook!"
