Honestly how fast do you think Krillian is? The Japanese like using the blur of speed effect for characters. You can see it in almost ANY anime, even for normal people. Even more so watch the Japanese opening to the 90's X-men animated series. While Krillian is much faster than a normal person you have to notice he is typically slower than anyone of note on the show.
Spidey on the other hand is one of the quickest, most agile characters in Marvel comics, cosmic beings aside. With just a mear distraction he can actually seem to disappear. His Spider sense makes him super competent at dodging attack(The movies handled this poorly) Also Spiderman is much stronger than Krillian. While not formally trainned in martial arts he's still a very effective hand to hand fighter.
It would honestly be a good fight, and the diologue alone would be wonderful.

Spidey has the spider sense, but krilliens speed and raw skill will crush spidey. Krillien's fighting skill alone could take out spidey.

If it was Kulilin from the first Tenkaichi Budoukai, MAYBE Spiderman had a slight chance of defeating him. MAYBE. After that tournament, Spidey has no chances.
