Page #43Here I believe the joke was going to be that Bulk declares to the Peace conference crew that he knows who the Power Rangers really are....Ultra-Force!
Of course, he smacks himself upside the head when it is pointed out that the Rangers just teamed up WITH Ultra-Force, so that isn't even possible.
